Delete your Nutriq account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time.

In the app

Open Nutriq, go to Me, scroll to Account and tap Delete account. Confirm, and the account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email ricardogouveiacantador@gmail.com from your account’s email address with the subject "Delete account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Everything: profile, targets, meals and photos, weigh-ins, water, workouts, plans, favourites, health notes, Calu conversations and connections to other apps. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription: cancel it first in Google Play or App Store settings.
