Terms of use

By using Nutriq you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Nutriq helps you log what you eat and the exercise you do, estimates nutrition values, calculates targets and suggests plans. AI analyses are estimates and can be wrong: always check the amounts.

Not medical advice

Nutriq and the Calu assistant give general guidance. They do not diagnose or treat and do not replace a doctor, dietitian or other health professional. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication or have a history of eating disorders, talk to a professional before changing your diet or training.

Account

You must be at least 16. You are responsible for your account and password. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Paid plans

Nutriq has a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Plus), monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel in the store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from.

Each plan’s limits (for example, analyses per day or the assistant’s monthly cap) are described in the app and may be adjusted to keep the service sustainable.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nutriq for illegal purposes, to try to access other people’s data, to overload the service or to scrape content automatically.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from wrong estimates or from following suggestions without professional guidance. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and governing law
